1:06 a.m., Monday, North Park Avenue and West Main Street, traffic stop. There was a traffic stop with a narcotic arrest.

2:03 a.m., Monday, 200 block of East Main Street, traffic stop. An unknown subject was arrested for dealing narcotics.

9:29 a.m., Monday, 30 block of Broadway Street, wanted person. A man was arrested on an active warrant for failure to appear.

10:11 a.m., Monday, 30 block of Broadway Street, theft. There was report of two bicycles being stolen two weeks ago.

8:24 p.m., Monday, 200 block of South Broadway Avenue, suspicious person. An unknown subject was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with juveniles in the vehicle.

9:56 p.m., Monday, 100 block of East Washington Avenue, traffic stop. A man was arrested for dealing in meth and possession of meth.

5:46 p.m., Tuesday, 200 block of South Broadway Avenue, juvenile problem. There was report of three juveniles stealing liquor from Broadway Liquor store and four of them being detained for minor consumption and minor possession of alcohol.

Miami County Sheriff’s Department

5:10 p.m., Tuesday, 300 block of East 250 South, theft. A woman reported her granddaughter having stolen her debit card and making a couple transactions with it.

Arrests

9:37 a.m., Monday, Bryant Leverett, 49, last known address 18 Wyrombe Drive, failure to appear. He is being held at the Miami County Jail without bond.

3:51 p.m., Monday, Derrick Fox, 38, last known address 3161 Sandwalk Drive, Kokomo, failure to appear. He is being held at the Miami County Jail without bond.

10:33 p.m., Monday, William Biggs, 43, last known address 2808 S. U.S. Highway 35, Logansport, dealing meth and possession of meth. He is being held at the Miami County Jail on a $70,000 bond.

11:40 p.m., Monday, Jeremy Carmack, 37, last known address 61 S. Broadway, operating while intoxicated felony. He was released from the Miami County Jail on a $500 cash bond.

All arrests reflect preliminary charges.
