Bennetts Switch Community Church: will host an all you care to eat fish and tenderloin fry from 4:30-7 p.m. at the Loree Brethren Church, located at 8433 S. Strawtown Pike in Bunker Hill. The event is on a freewill donation basis.

Movers and Shakers: The Peru Public Library will offer this every Monday on the children’s floor, beginning at 10:30 a.m.

Story Time: The Peru Public Library will offer story time on the children’s floor every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30 a.m.

Peru Animal Care and Control: will offer low cost pet spaying and neutering every second Thursday of the month. Drop-off times for dogs are 6:15-6:30 a.m., and cat drop-offs are from 6:30-6:45 a.m. Pickup time is from 5-5:30 p.m. Call 450-6750 for more information.
