Linda Kay Orr, 78, of Peru passed away at 8:40 PM, Thursday, Feb. 18, 2021 at the Blair Ridge Health Campus. She was born in Goshen, IN on Feb. 27, 1942 the daughter of Ralph and Lucinda (Borne) Peterson. Linda married Michael G. Orr on Aug. 29, 1964 and he preceded her in death on Dec. 23, 1979.

She was a 1960 graduate of Goshen High School and received her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in education from Ball State University. She retired after 40 years as a Peru Community School teacher at Lincoln and Elmwood Elementary Schools.
